Revline Performance — Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, restocking fees, and refunds work for purchases made through Revline Performance. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Revline Performance sells a combination of in-stock products and third-party items fulfilled through authorized brands, distributors, and Shopify Collective supplier partners. Because of this, return eligibility, restocking fees, return destinations, and approval requirements may vary by product and supplier. Always review the Product Details section on the product page before purchasing for item-specific terms.
1) Return Window & Eligibility
Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
RMA required: All returns require prior approval (RMA). Items sent without authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with all original packaging, tags, hardware, and accessories.
Not eligible: Items showing signs of installation, test-fitting, modification, wear, or damage are not eligible for return.
2) Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items
- Special-order or made-to-order items
- Custom or personalized products
- Electrical components, sensors, ECUs, and electronics
- Fluids, oils, chemicals, or hazardous materials
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
- Gift cards
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility (year, make, model, trim, engine). If a listing is inaccurate due to a Revline error, we will resolve it appropriately.
3) Restocking Fees & Supplier Variations
Standard restocking fee: 20% on approved returns
Special-order or supplier-restricted items: Up to 25% restocking fee
Supplier-specific policies: Some third-party brands or Shopify Collective suppliers may require different restocking fees, shorter return windows, alternate return addresses, or may not accept returns at all
The applicable restocking fee, eligibility, and return process for your item are listed on the product page. By placing an order, you agree to those product-specific terms.
Non-refundable charges include:
- Original outbound shipping once an order has shipped
- Return shipping (unless due to Revline or supplier error)
- Freight, oversized, or special handling charges
4) Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items (Upon Delivery)
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the product and packaging are required
Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
A prepaid return label will be provided and a replacement or refund issued after inspection.
Please file a carrier claim. Resolution timing depends on the carrier.
5) Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims (Post-Installation)
Defects discovered after installation or use are not handled through Revline’s return process.
- Manufacturer defects must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty
- Revline Performance does not provide refunds for installed items
- We may assist with warranty documentation or supplier contact information where applicable, but warranty approval and timelines are determined by the manufacturer
6) Cancellations & Refused Shipments
Before fulfillment/shipment: Cancellation requests may be approved and are subject to a 20% processing fee (25% for special-order or supplier-restricted items)
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled
Refused deliveries: Treated as returns and subject to all applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, and supplier penalties
Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.
7) Exchanges
- Submit a return request and receive approval
- Place a new order for the replacement item
Refunds are issued after inspection, less applicable fees.
8) Refund Process & Timeline
All returns are inspected before approval
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days
Refunds do not cover installation, labor, diagnostics, rentals, or consequential damages
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
9) How to Start a Return (Self-Serve or Email)
- Self-serve return request through your order confirmation page or customer account at account.revlineperformance.com
- Email: info@revlineperformance.com with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos if applicable
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed based on product condition and supplier-specific policies.
If approved, we will provide:
- RMA instructions
- The correct return address (Revline or supplier location)
- A return label if applicable
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
10) EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Standard restocking, shipping, and non-returnable rules apply where legally permitted.
11) Revline’s Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders
Revline Performance reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, supplier restrictions, MAP compliance issues, or abusive behavior. If canceled, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
